Kodi’s Pulsar errors starting up

Solution
Wait for Pulsar to start up. It usually takes about 1-2 minutes for it to load after Kodi has been enabled.

Problem: Deleting missing stale files

Solution

  1. Go to %APPDATA%\Kodi\ directory.
  2. Delete the cache directory.
  3. Delete the userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.pulsar\cache directory
